3 course light menu with an open forum discussion on how honey is harvested.
Actual spinning of the comb so you may jar your own 4-ounce bottle of raw honey to take home.
Chef will demonstrate using honey as an ingredient in your menu planning. Recipe cards provided for the featured dish.
